Two decades of delivery across South India and beyond
Casagrand Premier Builder Limited was established in Chennai in 2003 by Arun MN, a first-generation entrepreneur who had previously worked with Wipro before seeing an opportunity to bring structured, process-driven methods into South India's residential market. Starting with a team of five professionals and a turnover of roughly Rs 50 crore, the company launched its first project, Casagrand Srishti, in Thiruvanmiyur in 2004, and delivered its first completed community, Casagrand Rivera, in 2006. Over the following two decades the business scaled to over Rs 2,000 crore in annual revenue, building a workforce that today numbers in the thousands across its project sites and corporate offices.
Casagrand's operating philosophy has always centred on positioning homes in corridors where transport, employment, and social infrastructure are already forming rather than fully formed — micro-markets such as OMR, Mogappair, Sholinganallur, Pallikaranai, Kattupakkam, and Hennur in Bengaluru. Every community is designed around a measurable amenity count: projects routinely feature 50 to 93 curated lifestyle amenities, and the company has pioneered themed residential formats in South India, including Chennai's first kids-themed community, Casagrand Asta in 2019, and a sports-themed community, Casagrand Athens, in Mogappair in 2020. This product discipline, rather than location alone, has been the consistent differentiator.
As of June 30, 2025, Casagrand had completed 103 projects covering 21.79 million sq ft of saleable area, with 57 ongoing projects spanning a further 44.10 million sq ft and 21 forthcoming projects representing an estimated 23.81 million sq ft — a pipeline that extends across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Pune, and Dubai. The CBRE Report cited in the company's public disclosures places Casagrand's share of Chennai residential launches at approximately 25% for the period January 2017 to June 2025, making it the city's largest residential developer by that measure. The company entered Bengaluru in 2014 with Casagrand Luxus, Coimbatore in 2012 with Casagrand Eternia, Hyderabad in 2023, and Dubai in 2025 with the launch of Casagrand Hermina on Dubai Islands.
The group's ownership structure reflects founder Arun MN's long-term commitment to the residential category. Rather than diversifying away from housing, Casagrand has built adjacent capabilities — DoMyHome, an interior solutions arm established in 2014; Casa Grande PropCare, an integrated facilities management company serving over 250 clients across 300 sites in India; and Casagrand Industrial and Warehousing, a logistics-park platform that has attracted tenants including Pegatron, ABB Hitachi, Nexteer Automotive, and NCR Corporation. Institutional investors including Motilal Oswal, Edelweiss, and L&T Finance have backed the group, and in 2024 the flagship entity Casagrand Premier Builder Limited received SEBI approval for an initial public offering.

Per the CBRE Report cited in Casagrand's public filings, the company held approximately 25% of Chennai residential launches and approximately 18% of residential demand from January 2017 to June 2025 — the largest share of any single developer in the city during that period. This sustained volume reflects consistent land acquisition across established micro-markets including OMR, Mogappair, Pallikaranai, Sholinganallur, and Poonamallee High Road.

Casagrand has built a documented record of concept-driven residential communities. Casagrand Asta in 2019 was promoted as Chennai's first kids-themed project; Casagrand Athens in Mogappair launched in 2020 as a sports-themed community; Casagrand Tudor in Mogappair introduced a wellness-community format; and Casagrand Casablanca near Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru, is built around a Roman-architecture theme. Each concept is supported by a curated amenity set tailored to that theme.

Casagrand develops across the affordable, mid-range, and luxury segments under a single brand. In Chennai alone, active projects span from sub-Rs 50 lakh apartments in emerging corridors to ultra-luxury villa enclaves such as Casagrand Zanora in Adyar with 15 exclusive homes. In Hyderabad, Casagrand Vybe — a 35-acre villa development in Rajendra Nagar — is priced from Rs 3.2 crore per residence, demonstrating consistent range across geographies.

Casagrand has a confirmed track record in master-planned township formats. Casagrand HolaChennai, launched in May 2024, is a 30-acre township in Sholinganallur with 1,818 homes combining apartments and villas. The Golden Bricks Awards recognised HolaChennai as both Developer of the Year and Most Amenities Project of the Year. Casagrand Mercury in Perambur spans 20 acres and encompasses 1,678 homes. These projects demonstrate the execution capability required for large, multi-phase residential communities.

Having established operating offices in Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Pune, Casagrand made its international debut in 2025 with Casagrand Hermina, a Rs 1,000-crore luxury residential project on Dubai Islands. The company has committed to developing over 6 million sq ft of residential and mixed-use space in the UAE over three years, marking the first South Indian residential developer of its scale to enter the Dubai market in this format.
Casagrand's group structure extends well beyond project development. By operating dedicated arms for interior fit-out, facilities management, and industrial real estate, the group controls quality at stages that most developers outsource — from the day a buyer takes possession through the full life of the community they move into.

Established in 2014 in direct response to buyer demand, DoMyHome provides end-to-end home interior services covering modular kitchens, woodwork, electrical fittings, false ceilings, decorative flooring, and bathroom accessories. The division operates its own ISO 9001:2016-certified manufacturing facility and a 4,000 sq ft showroom stocking over 3,025 products, with a portfolio covering more than 4,000 completed homes.

The flagship residential development entity, responsible for all apartment, villa, and plotted projects across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Pune, and Dubai. As of June 30, 2025, it had completed 103 projects covering 21.79 million sq ft and had 57 ongoing projects spanning 44.10 million sq ft, underpinned by ICRA and CRISIL ratings confirming its financial and execution track record.

PropCare is a standalone integrated facilities management company serving over 250 clients across more than 300 sites in India, managing upward of 90 million sq ft. Services span scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, security, deep cleaning, and lease administration. The company employs over 14,500 people, giving Casagrand residents a professional post-possession management layer from day one.

Formerly Casagrand Distripark, this division develops Grade-A industrial parks and logistics facilities in strategic corridors of Tamil Nadu. Confirmed tenants have included Pegatron, ABB Hitachi, Nexteer Automotive, NCR Corporation, and Coldman Logistics. A Rs 700-crore commitment from Blackstone supports 4.2 million sq ft of industrial infrastructure near Chennai, with two parks totalling 154 acres planned in the Sriperumbudur corridor.

Casagrand Perch is the group's dedicated individual house-building platform, focused on constructing 500 independent homes for buyers who own plots in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore. Launched in August 2022, it brings the group's construction standards and project management processes to the self-build segment, giving individual landowners access to a developer-grade delivery framework rather than relying on unorganised contractors.
